Here was a cute outfit in my closet I remixed and am pretty proud of! Definitely going in the outfit-repeat notes. I love how the green of this skirt and bag are an almost-perfect match! Here was an outfit for more doctors' visits and rigamarole. This time, it was for my eyes, to make sure all is okay with my complex eye history. Thank God, it was and I'm in the clear with my glaucoma and retinas--a HUGE relief! I got these cute Florence olive (baby poop green if you ask one of my friends) Maguba clogs on Poshmark for around $30 and they are winners! I sized up in this style since it runs small in my experience. I wore the boots again with this look for girls' brunch and bookshop afternoon and felt very cute and probably too Fall for the 100+ summer weather in Arizona! Lo and behold, the rain, folks!  After what feels like the muggiest, humidest Summer, the rain finally came! I dressed up in some fun happy colors to celebrate and took some quick pics. I'm wearing: joules raincoat (thrifted), old totes bubble umbrella, modcloth dress (secondhand), vintage heart bag from poshmark (real leather!), sven clogs in yellow diamond closed toe style (bought with my own money, not gift) I felt pacman-y so I put this look togehter and took my throwback-heavy Hardtail skirt for a spin. I found it recently and thought of selling it but after trying it on, I think it's a good fit and piece for me, I just need to sell my other (crane) black skirt since it doesn't make sense to have two very similar proportion black skirts in my wardrobe! I tried on my Maguba outliet glittery shining silver Rio sandals that just came in the mail! I'm very happy with them EXCEPT for the side straps that are a wee bit itchy. Maybe they just need to be broken in a bit.

Here's what I wore to see my surgeon...we ended up scheduling a tentative surgery for early September and I'm feeling...cute but overwhelmed. I tried to reorder my favorite bagatelle jacket in a bigger size--I used to own it in an extra small. When I say this medium fit EXACTLY like the extra small did, down the measurements, I'm not exaggerating. I had to return it because I couldn't even move my arms in it! The seller definitely had it listed with the wrong measurements and they did not match mine at all! Total bummer. Also I tried it on with my gym clothes. Obviously would not style this as a lewk! One of my fave meals this month was this epic linguini with clams...it really hit the spot and my craving! It didn't make me feel sick and it was super satisfying! I decided to get creative with this white puff sleeve Handmade by Bali thrifted dress by playing some layering dress up! In my head, it is SO short and barely covers the essentials, but in photos, it definitely seems long enough and it's my own weird perception, so I'm going to try to work on that. I do feel like it's made a lot better by wearing a short tulle miniskirt/petticoat beneath it for extra coverage! That was a good idea that came to me after really mulling it over in my closet (I do a lot of thinking in my closet). I'm also trying to decide if I want to keep this long-time-fave doc martens in My Color.
