 I took some extra photos today, I think I'm just having a really nice day! It feels great! Plus I was so sick yesterday, the best I could do was wear my Santa-hat-cactus flannel pjs from several years ago for a Friday Feet instagram post! This morning, we had some new friends over for brunch and it was tons of fun! Waffles, french toast, bacon, eggs! My hubby really did a fantastic job! We just forgot the hot chocolate but we will have to make it next time we have company! We got some gourmet cocoa mix from London! We also got some random errands done and discovered the movie 'Deck the Halls' and we LOVE it! It's amazing. Definitely a new tradition! Plus, just knowing that we are done wrapping presents AND stocking stuffers for the year feels like such a big RELIEF!  Today was definitely a cozy winning over glamorous (and flattering) type of style day. This sweater is probably 2 sizes too big but I just love it and it's so perfect for those morning chills we get in the desert.  On Wednesdays, I usually wear pink when I remember and today was one of those days. I've been super busy all morning listing my death pile (if you are a reseller, you know the term). I've taken over 150 pictures and listed over 20 new items so CHECK THEM OUT ! This is a very rare occasion that I'm NOT wearing anything from a thrift store or secondhand.  Our tree is finally up as of Sunday! I'm so glad, I think it looks so festive and warm. It is CHILLY this morning! My first time wearing this knit nautical sweater from France I got as a secondhand gift in the Fall and I like the unexpected way it pairs with these glitzy jeans and these rustic western boots.  I got these amazing red SH clogtacular boots last week on Poshmark and I am definitely in love. I AM SO GLAD I SIZED up and listened to all the guides that said get a whole size bigger with any clog shearling boots. So worth it.  Today was 'borschtday' because I had a friend say she wanted to try my borscht when we were talking about food, one of my favorite topics, and turned into a thing! This time around, I made it in the Instant Pot and it was a HUGE game changer. It only took about 55 minutes total and I also baked some Amy's Organic biscuits to go along and it was wonderful.
