the great outdoors...GLAMPING

Image
We started a new tradition for the last few years where for my husband's birthday, we have a bunch of friends and families rent cabins for a few nights at the end of July and do the Glamping thing. Axel loves it here and gets really tired from all the running around. They even have a cute enclosed dog park where he can get his Zoomies out! Bugs are one of the downsides.  We also love to play board games and cards with our friends and family on the screened in porches. Some favorites are Yahtzee, Fluxx, and Kings in the Corner.  Not a chef? There are also two r...

I am trying to stay positive, but hearing it, and also confirming that I have PCOS was a huge bummer! I don't usually love Indian food, but the kid's meal at our local spot is mild enough that I can enjoy it! 2025 cowboy boot diaries: here is the round up,  Back row: left to right: 80s Justin Ropers in teal, Sendra star boots, Corral cactus boots, Justin roses boots, Bed Stu Valencia, Justin W...

So yummy,  Axel loves going on adventures with us! he gets to go on tons of walks with his bestie, Ruby (my parents' dog) He gets to go to some doggo-friendly restaurants with us, and some even give him a menu! (below) Going to Balboa Island in a pet lyft with Axel was amazing. We would absolutely do it again! I still can't believe that my husband got us special invitations through some work contacts to a local (to Orange County during our vacation) screening of the new Superman Movie! We fellt like such VIPs, it was really cool.  Above, the viral Ace Hardware Store Pie that I found about through social media. I highly recommend getting some when in CA! Above, we had a lot of home family dinners with my husband grilling and my mom and I helping with sides and picking up groceries! Of course, I love looking at books on vacation and picking out some to add to my library wish list! How BEAUTIFUL are these cle...
