 It's another rainy day, and the last day of the Thrifted Chic Style Challenge on instagram so I'm wearing an outfit that is almost entirely thrifted from Poshmark! I last wore my pink heart cut out tee HERE  with a different pink and black outfit! I last wore my pink frilly dress HERE  with a more summery outfit! I last wore my raincoat HERE on a different rainy day, with cowboy boots!  I wanted these combat boots for about two years and FINALLY found them this month on Poshmark in my size and they were worth the wait, and a fabulous price. I really love them in olive green too but the black is way more easy to style for the long run, I think! I do also have the OTK version of them from the MK star-studded collection.  I was SO monochrome today that even my husband made a comment about it! It was fun though, and good practice for my first self-created saguaro style challenge that I'm prepping for (next month). I last wore my taupe Svens really recently HERE I last wore my pretty smocked dress HERE I've worn this long sleeve top TONS, I even recently brought it to my D.C. trip and I love traveling with it but I don't think I've posted an outfit on the blog with it yet so here you go!  I'm wearing: dress-fox's, clogs-sven clogs, long sleeve top-thrifted, sunglasses-balenciaga (thrifted)  Happy Tuesday!  It's Monday again, somehow. The 'let's get Earthy' challenge is over and it was a lot of fun. Yesterday, I wasn't all in on the 'rock' gray theme only because I wasn't feeling well enough to do photos and even get dressed until very late in the day when I started feeling more myself. I did still take a quick flatlay of my gray outfit that I had planned and ended up wearing for a few hours to do some errands and restock some groceries and have a quick meal at home. As much as I liked the challenge of wearing more muted and earthy colors, I am definitely RELIEVED and excited to get back to my favorite bright colors like purple, pink, and red! This cream beret and Lacoste preppy striped tee are NEW to the blog but both thrifted!  Wow, it's already the next-to-last day of 'Let's Get Earthy!' I can't believe it. For 'soil' brown, I went with my go-to (only) brown, non- sweater top! I also debuted my new leather pants AND my just-bought cute Florence, Italy brand purse that I couldn't pass up! The lion logo and the Fall orangey hue was too good not to get! I last wore my brown top HERE  in a slightly different brown-themed look featuring Sophie, the toy poodle! I last wore my otk boots HERE You can see my cat necklace styled a totally different way HERE with a dress!  I'm wearing: top-Zara, sunglasses-anthropologie, bag-pratesi (tjmaxx), faux leather pants-blank nyc (marshall's), boots-michael kors (Poshmark, $15!!!), cat necklace-marshall's  I had my hubby take this quick mural pic of me, I think it's a good way to slide into Saturday with the idea to scroll (a little) less!  You know how it is when you are most excited about something, sometimes you just overthink and second guess yourself? That's kind of how I feel about today's outfit! Teal/Sea blue is my absolute favorite color so I went a bit too much into my own head, I think. I'm not as into the look as a whole as I wanted to be but after editing and looking at the pics from today, I don't hate it and there are definitely things I do like about it. I think I should maybe just have went a tad simpler! Hope you like it though. I've actually never worn this tee, I'm not really into super tight or low cut shirts but I thought the koi would be a fun and quirky touch to the 'sea' theme. It's not too bad, it's just not authentically 'me' but my husband picked it out for me and he really likes it so that's good, right?  Am I the only one that thinks of Sand Art from the 90s whenever I see Sand and 'color' in the same sentence? Okay, well today is Sand earthy tone day and I decided to pair my sand-ish color clogs and my sand-striped linen dress that I've never worn but wanted for ages and found somehow luckily barely used on Poshmark. I was definitely skeptical of the linen material and the way it naturally tends to get wrinkly with or without steaming but honestly, I'm feeling it! It is definitely very similar to my Fox's dress but I think the vibe is slightly different and this one is more casual and both would be cute to layer with long sleeved shirts under when/if it ever gets cold! I last wore my taupe clogs HERE with a citrus theme look! I last wore these aviator sunglasses (borowed) HERE with a casual look featuring a denim skirt and different clogs!
