so long, 2024!
Tessa Clogs sent me 2 pairs of clogs for Christmas and some beautiful straps too. How amazing are these bougainvillea color pink mules???? And here's the outfit I styled with them for the first time: I pickedo ut the pink from the clogs with the pink in my hearts on my sweater vest.
Axel + this year's Christmas Tree! (We've had the same Target one for about 6 years now.)
When did Marshall's start getting some high end western boots? I saw some Corral and Old Gringo boots this visit! I ended up simply getting what I wanted: a basic, compact leather wallet (below) that would fit in most of my purses!
Above is the outfit I wore for my friend's daughter's Barbie themed party (clock the hot pink tights)One of my other friend's daughters had a Lego Themed party! It was super cute. She insisted on a Lego Nutcracker cake, which is so specific, it cracked me out! Came out very cute though (her dad made it)!
Here was the Lego themed party outfit:
I'm wearing: shop fluffy cardigan (buffalo exchange), loft dress (thrifted), coach cherry bag, tessa clogs (c/o)
Axel got his last bath of 2024!
Happy Holidays! xx
Chicken and Dumplings are THE perfect Winter cozy meal and nothing can convince me otherwise! This recipe is an Instapot one from Amy + Jackie. I could make homemade cinnamon rolls, but Annie's are SO good, why would I?
I also tried my first wonton soup recipe in the instapot! This one used frozen dumplings, and is super easy and customizable. A box of cookies and catered set up at our cousins' house for Christmas dinner (we made ALL those cookies!).
Above, new Doc Martens for xmas! These were on clearance for $65 on Amazon and too good of a deal not to add to my collection. The soft leather was an instant comfy wear as well. You know I am also a sucker for a heart buckle!
I got these Jeffrey Campbell dream boots on eBay, but I'm just not sure if I'll be keeping them. The heel is super high and an awkward angle that hurts my foot. They also have a lot of sharpie-type marks as if they didn't clean them properly after putting the stitches/embroidery in. They look messy and hurt my feet. Sacrifices, or resell? I need to think about it.
What would you do?
