1. [$197] Ugg 'Birch' Lace Up Boo t : I'm seeing hiker-inspired boots everywhere and I LOVE the mix of girly and rugged when they are paired with cozy sweaters in pastels or flannel dresses! I definitely would LOVE a pair of these. I love this color also, but yes, they do come in other colors! 2.[ $175] Ugg 'Redwood' Lace Up Boot : Just to give one mroe hiker-inspired option: these are a bit more feminine with the heel and just as cute! 3. [$10] Heart Lollipop Blouse: I don't need this exact one (it isn't my size anyhow) but I'm really wanting one and even considering buying some cute heart lolly print fabric and doing a really simple one to make a cute and easy top! One of my insta-friends has a heart lolly blouse and it is one of the cutest tops I've ever seen! 4. [ $16] Cacti Print Graphics Crop Top : I'm more into crop tops lately since I have some really bomb very high waisted skirts that I can pair them with and avoid sh...

I've never worn this dress on the blog, somehow, but I did wear it twice before for two different events and one was a staycation for a fancy dinner. I love all the colors, but didn't wear it too often because the halter was too long. I finally shortened the halter strap this week to better fit me and I am going to hopefully circulate it more into my rotation! Everything except my sunglasses are SECONDHAND today for the #thriftedchicstylechallenge last day on instagram! I'm looking forward to going to happy hour later this afternoon with some former coworkers that I'm still friendly with! I last wore my cactus bag HERE  with a matching cacti tee! I last wore my gold ankle tie clogs HERE with a very different but also very pretty dress!  I'm wearing : sunglasses-oui fresh, dress-calvin klein (poshmark), bag-betsey johnson (poshmark), necklace-thrifted, earrings-gift that was thrifted, clogs-loeffler randall X sven (poshmark) How is your week...

Good afternoon! We had the BEST time at the alumni even last night. Even though, or maybe despite the fact that it was 95% Geology Majors (and the others were all alunni employees and their guests with one Geology Student's guest that was in the music industry), we had so much fun connecting with really cool and passionate people that were super friendly and welcoming. Even though nobody there was from my year, it was still very cool to talk about the college I love and enjoyed going to so very much! I also feel like the completely zig zaggy way my husband and I each got to our current careers and switched majors and passions is good to share with current students and recent grads that aren't as sure yet! I really see myself being slightly more involved in future alumni events and I am especially interested in the Women's Leadership Summit that they host at my college every Spring! I don't see myself being able to spring for another NY trip this year but defini...

This is one of my special occasion dresses! I last wore it for my husband's birthday. I'm not typically the body-con type of gal but this one definitely makes me feel pretty sophisticated and it seemed like the right choice for a special alumni Happy Hour today! Unfortunately, it was crazy raining, so I added my beret and matching trench coat for protection and liked the outfit so much that I added some recent sales from my Poshmark to the post so I could use it in an instagram ad! Sales have been pretty good and I'm very grateful. This is the week I'm starting to test out and get more information about cross-listing on different selling platforms to boost my customer base! I will update on here and keep track of how it goes! I just wore my bag and same clogs yesterday (what can I say, I'm feeling them both) so you can easily look back at that outfit if you haven't seen it yet! I last wore my cute green dress HERE in July, for my husbands birthday c...
