early August...the first week.

I found this vintage Dress Barn skirt at Savers' Thrift and I love the colors and little eyelet hem. I matched it with my secondhand Michael Stars top (poshmark) for an easy, breezy Summer look.

In my comfort and natural fibers journey, I've discovered a lot of foreign brands (non-American) have better fits and materials. This one is a vintage Swedish cotton dress with little cherries and pockets that I found on Poshmark when using the 'lagenlook' keyword. Lagenlook is a fashion style that emphasizes comfort over tailoring and tight-fitting clothing. It's a new term for me, but I'm into it!

A quick mostly-thrifted outfit (above) with thrifted top, patricia nash fanny pack, vintage Liz Claiborne skirt and vintage Dr. Martens 'eleanor' gladiator sandals.
Above--Japanese noodles for lunch! Below--etsy mini haul of different Gengar evolutions for a DIY I have planned...

Above--I hate Lularoe, but I did think this skirt has potential! I really like the color and the elastic waist.
Above--my husband's first time making a fruit crumble as a little treat with ice cream on top.

Above--a Summer formula = cotton mini dress + colorful purse + cute clogs

Above--this dog toy was THRIFTED for $2! It just needed a spin cycle in my washing machine to be good as new, and Axel was happy! Below--how do you feel about thrifting swimwear??? I actually found a navy Swim Dress by Denim & Co. that was new with tags and in my size, so I DID thrift it...

Above--did any of you try these oreos? We were shook by how GOOD they are!

What do you like to eat in the hot weather? xx
