some December highlights.

I got this anime-girl shirt and the consignment store and it reminds me of Sailor Moon's Rini/mini moon. I was, I'll admit, disappointed to learn that the Asian Characters underneath her face translate to complete gibberish, so I don't know how I feel about it. I wish brands would just take the time to consult with somebody that speaks/writes in Japanese or Chinese before just printing random characters/letters that don't mean anything! It's insulting, isn't it? 

I also wore my purple beret with my purple (poshmark find) lazy oaf heart jacket for the first time. 

How cute is the little Christmas-y snow tipped cacuts and palm on the Dutch Bros holiday cups this year? What's your drink of choice? Mine is a cappuccino! 

My mom took these pics of me by a beautiful bougainvillea near the supermarket. This outfit is definitely on my to-rewear list. I felt really stylish, but also not-trying-too-hard in this look! 

I went with the cactus and pink vibe and debuted my new Tessa Clogs for the first annual Tamale Festival! Not only was it super fun, but Axel was able to come too! I love when food truck events are dog-friendly. It's such a bonus!

These are Levis jeans that I got new with tags from Platos Closet. They are a current  go-to.

I'm obsessed with this Patricia Nash fanny pack from a consignment store. It's just beautiful and the green is striking!

I picked up this (above) Penny Lane vibe Free People sweater jacket from my consignment store for an instagram friend (to buy), but she changed her mind and I am SELLING it on my poshmark/depop-mercari if it's something you want! Sz L. Very well made. Warm and cozy with deep pockets and very gently pre-owned!

Ok, missed my Frye Austin boots and got these unbranded Italian boots for cheap on poshmark, but they are SO huge on me! My feet are swimming in them! They are also FOR SALE! sz 9 but fits like 9.5-10

I'm also SELLING this purple real leather jacket because I hate the wire in the collar personally. It's a sensory nightmare for me, so I need to give it a new home. 

Some great meals, included going to brunch with Axel under the yellow umbrellas on the weekends (above) and getting lunch special salad/pizza combos at a nearby Italian spot with my mom (below).

I've been wearing this woven cotten overall dress pretty often! It's so comfy. It was a Savers Thrift find. So 90s, right?

I'm still trying to style this recently purchased Gap extra long denim skirt. I casual-ified with with a comfy uniqlo (thrifted) sweatshirt and I'm pleased with the combo!

Of course, winter means more Axel cuddles and drive thru adventures.
