My first time wearing this corset over this dress, and I love the new shape it gives it! It's usually a bit of a sack-vibe/babydoll waist but this is a fun option! I'm wearing: coat-sebby (poshmark), beret from eBay, ariat boots from poshmark, dress from tj maxx and corset also from tjmaxx, thrifted glasses and choker  

I just realized that everything I'm wearing except my scarf from Israel is secondhand! I love when that happens :) I'm wearing: thrifted shirts, poshmark sven clogs and anthropologie skirt, thrifted sunglasses, scarf worn as headband from Israel  When it comes to clothing from my 'past life' as a teacher, I wanted to get rid of all of it, like a purge, mass sell and donate, but some pieces, like this ruffle blouse (worn under), I just feel like are inherently my style and I should hold on to them because they are more than toxic job memories! xx

I got this top to go with these jeans intentionally and it went so well that it feels like a set! Unfortunately, the top was on amazon and not advertised as SheIn but is basically SheIn quality and construction. I was really scared to wash it but it was successful so I am just babying it when I care for it and wear it to make it last as long as possible! The jeans are by Revice, I fell in love with them and found them on eBay but had to try 2 different sizes because they run stupidly small and are super rigid retro style cut denim. I think they are a brand worth the headache since the styles are so cool, but time will tell! I'm wearing: tank top-amazon, hat-minnetonka, jeans-revice from eBay, red sven clogs

I did a thing and bought these fancy designer espadrilles on sale and delivered to me this week from Italy! Pretty unlike me and shocking but they are SO special and seemed like a great investment shoe to have for many years and retain value since they are a rare collaboration between castaner and Paul Smith! I totally fell in love with this 1969 Gap line denim dress with the cutest corset in front but it has a design flaw where it doesn't allow for wide hips, the pockets just look crazy on me! I tried it in 3 different sizes but it didn't work right. Here is my best attempt to make it work, I even turned the pockets inside out, but it's just not right on me, unfortunately, so it's available in the shop!
