rainy valentine.

 I don't feel like over-writing because I wrote a sentimental and honest instagram caption today for some of my pictures here (on insta) and I just want to enjoy my night and my time at home, listening to the rain, being with my husband, and having an amazing home cooked filet mignon & crab feast. It feels really good to have 3 years of marriage to reflect on and so much more to look forward to (I am a Valentine Bride).

 I'm wearing: eBay pierced beret (more on those soon), anthropologie dress, 8second angel boots, anne klein necklace, coach watch, jade bangle from Hong Kong, sunglasses from anthropologie, roses and balloons from my wonderful students!

 Please do me a favor and sincerely enjoy your day and evening however you spend it--alone, broken up, breaking up, with your S.O., with your family, with your pet(s). Even when I was single, I still loved the chocolate indulgence, the pink and red, the hearts (always heart shaped everything), and the cheesy puns and cards. It's nice to just take some time to listen to some love songs and think about good things, hopes, and dreams and things you've accomplished and feel proud of.
Think of people that fill up your heart and you just want to do something special for.
